Welcome to the world of Art!

Lloyd Gold is an art teacher, artist and musician with a B.A. in Studio Art from William Paterson University and a M.A. in Art History from Montclair State University.

Art education is a soothing activity for children.  Through art, children often express emotions they are unable to verbalize. Sharing art with others can create feelings of empathy and unity.  In Art class, we also learn about famous artists, art styles and techniques, art history, social studies, different cultures, science, philosophy and various art careers.

¨ Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.¨ - Pablo Picasso
