About Me
🤩 The 2023-2024 school year is my 27th year teaching in North Bergen, and technology had become a passion of mine as a regular classroom teacher. I have taught various grade levels, 5th and 6th being the most recent, before becoming a technology teacher.
📚 I grew up in North Bergen and attended Horace Mann and North Bergen High School. I have a BA in English Literature and Elementary Education from NJCU, an MA in Education with a Concentration in Critical Thinking from MSU, and an MA in Educational Technology with a School Library Media Specialist Certification from NJCU.
💻 My goals this year are to not only teach computer skills such as typing, coding, and Google Apps, but to encourage students to be creative and have fun working on their projects. I also strive to bring excitement and curiosity to all my students while they learn about and explore the endless possibilities technology has to offer.
