Hello and Welcome! My name is Beatrice Ortiz and I have been a part of the Franklin Family Since 2011. I have lived in North Bergen for most of my life and am happy to teach in the community I grew up in. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from NJCU. I am excited for your child to be in my classroom. First grade is a big leap from kindergarten, but with both you the parents and myself the teacher, we can ensure that your little ones will excel and be prepared for second grade. I look forward to all that will be covered and learned this school year. Let's make this an unforgettable one!

Please do not allow your child to bring in markers, notebooks with rings, toys, or click lead pencils.
