Welcome to Kindergarten!

Hello families!

 

My name is Ms. Jaloudi, and I am so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher this year. I earned a Bachelor's in Science in Health Studies along with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology at William Paterson University. This has given me a strong foundation in understanding how children grow, learn, and thrive. I am also pursuing a Masters in Social Work, which continues to deepen my knowledge of child development and how to best support kids emotionally, socially, and academically. Fun fact, I also spent all of my elementary and high school years in the North Bergen District.

 

Kindergarten is such a special time.This will be a year full of growth, discovery, and a lot of memories as your child begins their journey as a lifelong learner. In our classroom, we celebrate curiosity, kindness, and creative play everyday. You'll see us  learning through play, songs, building with blocks, reading stories, and hands on projects. We'll learn how to be friends, problem solvers, and helpers.

 

My goal is to make sure every child is safe, seen, and valued. I believe families are the heart of a child's success and I see us as a team. You are always welcome to reach out to me through email at [email protected] Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or bring up any concerns.

 

Most of all, I want you to know, your child will be cared for here. Well laugh together, learn together, and even work through challenges together. By the end of the year, you will be amazed at how much your child has grown, not just academically, but as a confident, kind, and curious little person.
