Ms. Ugarte's Corner!
Hello all!
I will be the ELA Resource Teacher for the 5th & 6th Grade classes at Franklin Elementary!
This will now be my 12th year teaching in the North Bergen School district, but 14th year overall! I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Childhood Education from Nyack College. After, I went on to pursue my Master's of Education in Special Education from Montclair State University. I am beyond excited to work with the students this year and make it one of the best ones yet! I hope that I am able to help each and every one of my students to flourish, grow, and push them closer to reaching their educational goals this year.
Student Expectations:
- Be respectful of your peers and teachers
- Be on time to class
- Be prepared for class on the daily with a charged Chromebook, pen/pencil, notebook, folder, etc.
- Classwork and/or homework is to be completed within appropriate due dates
- Participation is key!
