My name is Mrs. Tatano.  I am teaching second grade for the 2022-2023 school year.  I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelors in Elementary Education/ English in 2003. I started my teaching career in North Bergen in 2004. I have taught here for 17 years where I have been both a first grade teacher and third grade classroom teacher. This is my fourth year teaching second grade and I absolutely love it. I will be providing work on my google classroom page and have sent out invitations to all my students to join. I look forward to meeting your child and working with you to make this a successful school year. I have also posted the school supply list on the google classroom page as well. Please look below for the school supply list for the 2022-2023 school year. Please make sure your child is prepared with their school supplies everyday and you restock them when they run out. 3 large glue sticks  (no liquid glue please)

1 box of crayons

1 ruler (inches and mm)

Headphones for computer (in plastic zip loc with your child's name on it)

3 wide ruled notebooks

1 plastic red folder labeled HOMEWORK

1 plastic blue folder labeled CLASSWORK

1 folder any color or picture 

2 boxes of pre sharpened #2 pencils  

1 large pencil box

2 boxes of facial tissues

1 disinfecting wipe canister

1 bottle of antibacterial sanitizer

1 roll of paper towels

1 pair of kids scissors
