Welcome! My name is Ms. Toro and I will be your child's 4th grade teacher. I am looking forward to starting my 10th year teaching here at Franklin School. I did my undergrad in Montclair State University and my Masters in Saint Peter's University. I am a huge believer in making every child a reader! I can't wait to watch your child grow and succeed throughout the school year while we work together as a team.
