About Your Teacher...

Hello, my name is Racquel Caramucci.  I am excited to be your child's 3rd-grade teacher for the 2021-2022 school year.  While this is my 4th year in the North Bergen School District, it is my 8th year teaching.  I began my teaching career at the YCS Educational Division serving students grades K-8 with diverse behavioral issues in Bergen County for 4 years.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 3 year old son Dominic, my fur baby Leo, hiking, and listening to music.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education K-6 from Montclair State University in 2009.  I am currently in the process of completing my Master's Degree in Special Education.  Being a Special Education teacher and embracing diversity has proven to be an effective tool in dealing with my student population. I believe that teachers have an enormous impact on the lives of children.  Education is the greatest gift that you can offer a child and my commitment to life-long learning is the first step.  I am excited to be a part of the Franklin School Family and look forward to an awesome school-year!
